A: There will be a Bouncy Castle onsite.  There is also a playground and open field area for kids to play games.

A: Yes, everyone can purchase extra tickets for Dinner prior to September 14th. Children $10, Adults, $20. Guest tickets will NOT be sold at the gate. To purchase additional armbands simply add them to your online order when registering for the show. If you have already registered for the show and need to add additional armbands you can do so by clicking here. Or by visiting Lesco.

A: No. We ask that personal vehicles be parked away from the show area, but can be brought in to unload items needed.  (i.e. Coolers, Lawn Chairs, Cleaning supplies etc.) Designated parking for participants will be provided.

A: Tickets can be sold (or given) to other participants should you not need them. Participants will be responsible for selling their own tickets if they do not require them. We cannot sell additional tickets after Sept 14th due to a final count needing to be provided to the caterer.  Refunds will not be given for unused armbands.

A:  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for participants who are unable to attend due to work issues.  We understand that this is a priority for you, but expenses have been paid out for the show.  Your spot will be given to another Truck that may be on a waiting list to get in.

A: If you are with a participant (don’t have a truck, but a friend does) you can camp for free.  However, we do ask that you make a small donation to the Leduc West Antique Society to enjoy their facility.

A: Show voting is now done online via Google Forms. QR codes to access the online voting form will be provided at registration and will also be made available to participants on the day of the show. Paper voting slips will also be available for those without access to the online form or for those needing assistance voting. Digital and paper voting forms are for voting on your peer’s trucks in each category.  If you do not vote, votes for your truck do not count and you will be disqualified from the show.  If you do not wish to vote for your peers you will not need a number for your truck – please let us know at the registration booth.
