A: Tickets can be sold (or given) to other participants should you not need them. Participants will be responsible for selling their own tickets if they do not require them. We cannot sell additional tickets after Sept 14th due to a final count needing to be provided to the caterer. Refunds will not be given for unused armbands.
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for participants who are unable to attend due to work issues. We understand that this is a priority for you, but expenses have been paid out for the show. Your spot will be given to another Truck that may be on a waiting list to get in.
A: If you are with a participant (don’t have a truck, but a friend does) you can camp for free. However, we do ask that you make a small donation to the Leduc West Antique Society to enjoy their facility.
A: Show voting is now done online via Google Forms. QR codes to access the online voting form will be provided at registration and will also be made available to participants on the day of the show. Paper voting slips will also be available for those without access to the online form or for those needing assistance voting. Digital and paper voting forms are for voting on your peer’s trucks in each category. If you do not vote, votes for your truck do not count and you will be disqualified from the show. If you do not wish to vote for your peers you will not need a number for your truck – please let us know at the registration booth.
