We’re looking for friendly, dependable volunteers to help us make this year’s show an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators alike. Whether you’re helping kids in the activity zone, keeping the grounds looking great, or assisting with voting, your support makes all the difference.

Volunteers play a huge role in making the weekend run smoothly—and we’d love to have you on board!

This year we have a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to help ensure that you have all of the important information and guidance you need to have a successful volunteer experience. After you complete our volunteer form we’ll reach out to let you know if we’ve found you a placement and to share important information about volunteering at our show.

Volunteer Hours

🗓️ Friday, September 19: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🗓️ Saturday, September 20: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🗓️ Sunday, September 21: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Tear-down)

A Few Notes:

• The show runs Friday and Saturday, with cleanup on Sunday morning.
• Full day (Saturday) volunteers will receive an armband for 2 meals (lunch and dinner). 
• Volunteers must be 14+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Let us know in the form if you have any limitations or preferences—we’ll do our best to match you with the right role.
