Frequently Asked Questions – Orders, Returns & Policies

Special & Custom Orders

What is required for a custom order?
All custom orders require a signature to verify order specifications. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, and no refunds or credits will be issued for errors. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Non-Stock Item Orders

What if an item is not in stock?
If an item is not part of our regular stock, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing the order. Customers will be notified when the item arrives. If the item is not picked up and paid for in full within one week of notification, it will be placed into stock.

Defective Merchandise

What happens if my product is defective?
If a product becomes defective within one year of purchase, it may be replaced or credited. However, defects caused by improper installation or handling will not qualify for an exchange or credit. (This does not include lifetime warranty lighting, which may have different policies.)

General Returns Policy

Can I return an item?
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, if the customer wishes to exchange the item for a different product, the fee may be waived, and only the price difference (if applicable) will be charged.

Shipping Errors & Shortages

What should I do if there is a mistake with my order?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is an error or shortage, our office must be notified within 7 business days for resolution.

Freight Charges

Will I be charged for shipping?
Freight charges may apply to oversized orders or items brought in outside of our regular ordering schedule with each vendor.
