2025 Lesco Pro Show N’ Shine – Terms & Conditions

 

Waiver:

By registering for and participating in the 2025 Lesco Pro Show N’ Shine, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Lesco Distributors Inc., its employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, supporting businesses, and event partners (collectively referred to as “the Organizers”) are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury that may occur before, during, or after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents involving vehicles, personal belongings, or bodily harm.

Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any guests or minors in their care while on the event grounds. All participation is strictly at your own risk.

By attending the event, you waive any and all claims of liability against the Organizers, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise as a result of your participation in the event.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from completing your registration or participating in the event.

Rules & Regulations:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, your spot cannot be given or sold to someone else.

  • Registration includes:

    • One (1) wristband for meals on Saturday

    • One (1) goodie bag

    • One (1) printed photo of your truck

  • Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

2. Show Dates & Location

  • Event Dates: September 19–20, 2025

  • Location: Leduc West Antique Society, 49541 Range Rd 260, Leduc County, AB

3. Gate Access & Registration Times

  • Thursday: Access is limited to approved participants traveling more than 3 hours. No RVs or early arrivals without notice. Gate closes at 9PM.

  • Friday: Registration runs from 10AM–5PM. Gates open at 9AM for staging. No entry or parking on the road prior to 9AM. Gate remains open until 7PM.

  • Saturday: Registration runs from 9AM–12PM SHARP. Entry after 12PM requires prior arrangements.

4. Parking & Photography

  • Trucks will be parked according to pre-assigned categories. You must remain in the parking line even if you decline the included truck photo.

  • Requests to park beside friends will only be honored if you arrive together and are in the same category.

  • Follow directions from parking staff at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Meals & Wristbands

  • One wristband is included with your registration for Saturday breakfast and dinner.

  • Additional wristbands must be purchased before September 5. No exceptions. Guests without wristbands will not be served.

  • Friday food is available via food trucks only. Food trucks will also be on-site Saturday for lunch purchases.

6. Alcohol Policy

  • No alcohol is permitted in public areas during show hours (Friday 5PM–10PM and Saturday 10AM–5PM).

  • Alcohol is permitted in private spaces (cab of your truck or RV). After public hours, alcohol may be consumed outside these areas.

  • Violations may result in fines and removal from the show. If Lesco is fined due to your actions, you are responsible for paying the fine.

7. Camping

  • Camping passes are not included in registration and must be purchased separately.

  • Camping is permitted only in designated areas with a valid pass.

  • You may sleep in your show truck on Friday and Saturday without a camping pass.

8. Voting Rules

  • Participant voting is mandatory. If you do not vote, your truck is disqualified from awards.

  • Voting is conducted via Google Forms using QR codes or paper ballots submitted by 3PM Saturday.

  • If you wish to opt out of voting, notify us in advance so we can remove your truck from the ballot.

  • No spectator voting this year due to past voting irregularities.

9. Show Conduct

  • Participants must treat staff and volunteers with respect. Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

  • No horn-blowing or loud music after 11PM on any night.

  • Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. The kids’ activity area is not a babysitting service.

10. Liability & Safety

  • All movement of trucks during or after the show must be done with extreme caution. Use a spotter when moving after dark.

  • Lesco Distributors and the Lesco Pro Show N’ Shine committee are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

11. Communication

  • Show updates will be provided via email and FM radio during the event. The radio station will be posted at registration.

For those of you that have participated in the past we want to welcome you back.  For those attending for the first time, welcome.  We hope you enjoy the fellowship and comradery as much as we enjoy hosting this event.  Any feedback on how we did is appreciated and we strive to have the best show possible for you.
